Soy Milk shake:

You need:

I cup soymilk

1 banana or any other seasonal fruit

3tsp wheat germ

½ tsp vanilla

Put all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and then drink up!

Tofu scrambled eggs:

You need:

8 oz firm tofu

Onions

Tomatoes

Salt and pepper to taste

Take a non-stick pan and saute the vegetables in a little bit of olive oil. Add crumbled Tofu and mix well. If you want to give the tofu a cheesy flavor add two teaspoons of nutritional yeast.

French Toast

You need:

2 tsp tofu

¼ cup vanilla soymilk

¼ tsp nutmeg

½ tsp cinnamon

1-cup cornflakes crumbled

3 slices whole wheat bread

Combine the tofu, soymilk, cinnamon and nutmeg together. Dip the bread into the mixture and then put in on the crumbled cornflakes. In a non-stick pan put a little oil and fry the bread until it is crisp. Serve with seasonal fruit.
