Cyrus was spotted on Thursday sporting blemishes on her face and what appears to be a hickey on her neck. With her hair pulled back in a messy bun, Cyrus' red-spotted cheeks were clearly visible as she went about her daytime business.

Cyrus was seen driving a white, convertible Mercedes with the top down, which exposed her makeup-free face.

The 19-year-old and fianc? Liam Hemsworth were spotted out the night before at the Australians in Film Awards in Century City, Calif.

But the next day, Cyrus ditched her bra-top mini dress for an even more revealing look - naked skin.
