The application process will become easier and clear for these two visa applications.? Moreover, the administration is ?streamlining? the application process for the EB-5 immigrant investor program.? Eb-5 visa is a way of obtaining a green card for foreign nationals who invest substantial amount of money in the United States.? To obtain the visa, individuals must invest at least $500,000, creating at least 10 jobs.

The purpose of the legal immigration reform is mainly to facilitate our economy and increase competitiveness in the global world.?
